I know that happy people are often quieter than the people who have had bad experiences but this is a little crazy.
MSI customer service complaints, reviews, ratings and comments
I was about to buy a GE40 2PC which has perfect specs.. Except I just read their warranty service reviews and they seem disgusting.

Usually, it's expected to see more complaints than praises.
Praises are harder to earn, and one could tell that some complaints were biased since there's no chance for MSI to rebuttal.
MSI does their best to provide support and services, and here's a more creditable source such as BBB.

They fixed mine in a couple of weeks and they were all nice to me whilst. Also they offer a really nice price to performance ratio products. Give it a shot

Well, who trusts bbb anyways. Honestly, even if a company resolves all complaints, they still hve a C or so rating. Another credit rating company a while back was outraged at their rating and asked about why they had a C rating. Then, they finally obliged to pay BBB for their A rating, which their rating was indeed changed to an A after paying for their membership. Then, after that same credit rating company ranted about BBB having a pay for grade system, their membership was revoked and they were shot down to a D rating. Really I don't think BBB is good to rely on when determining customer service

Yes, there's more than one places to review a company not just BBB.
This forum is a very good source to begin with, plus there are other sources.
