I'm pretty sure it is a dirt and not a dead pixel because I try to turn off my laptop and used a flashlight to see if I can see it, but I actually saw the tiny 2 dirt there. Now, how can I remove this? Can I bring it to the store and tell them to clean it.

And, how the hell did it get there?

Hmm, thats really strange indeed, but i know getting inside the pannel can be a bit of a problem, you'd need it out and you'd have to dismantle it (i know there are a few layers in matt screens, but not sure about gloss.)

You could try taking it to the store, although i dont think they would replace the display because of it, and i think msi's pixel problem warrenty requires 6 broken pixels.

    But who knows, try it.

You should instruct it not to go racing when you leave it out of your sight. It's pretty smart, and it has the look of a mudracer when it leaves the office :p

You should probably tell it to wipe its feet, too.

I looked at the 1651 disassemble guide but didn't see any more layers for the lcd itself. I saw that they just remove the glass, maybe its the lcd, then the backplace(with the msi logo on it) engrave there.

I phoned the store and they told me that they don't do anything with it. is this? I paid for a laptop cost almost a thousand bucks to annoy me every time I use it.

Can I contact MSI for a repair?

EDIT: I'm not really sure if this is a dust or something but it is not visible at a certain angle view.

if the dirt is between the lcd itself inside of it you can not remove it
