Intel Rapid Storage Technology is trying to connect to the service error.
The tray icon shows that the Intel RST service is not running... what does this mean?

Have you waited a while and see what happens?

Intel Rapid Storage Technology is a service with a delayed start so when you just bootup Windows it'll have an error that says the RST service is not running.
