I'm interested in buying the MSI X460DX-291US.
It seems like a great laptop, and given the specs, it's great for its price.
My only concern with MSI is in regards to their customer support and technical support.
I've read elsewhere that MSI's support isn't on par with Asus and other more well-known companies.
I've been using Dell for years now. (Yes, I know it's overpriced, which is why I'm buying MSI.) I've had two Dell desktops and a Dell XPS laptop. And from my own personal experience, their technical support and customer service has been pretty good.
So, what's the unbiased truth about MSI's technical and customer support?

I actually prefer MSI support over Asus. To me there is a little bit less runaround and more of a focus on solving the problem. They do have you pay for shipping to them, they pay it back to you, but in my opinion that's fair and assures you a fast turn around time for those issues.

And actually, I was going to buy the MSI from you guys. I spoke with Michael before and Roland today regarding some questions that I had.
I'm glad I found out about MSI (I was set on buying Dell XPS 15 before) and your website as well (Skeptical at first, but Google reviews won me over). I love the fact that you guys provide customizations for laptops. -

Do all three of you work 7 days? And what are the working hours for the three of you?
