    Hi,

I have a Medion Erazer X6819 based on the MS-16F2 barebone.
It's equipped with a GTX 570M. I flashed a MSI GTX 670M vBios on it.
Now the voltage is 0.9 V. With the stock bios the voltage is 0.85V.
On 620 MHz on the core and 1500 MHz on memory my VRM temp goes up to 90°C in BF4 on 0.9 V.
When I overlock the card to the max at 780 on the core and 1800 Mhz on the memory I've reached 102 degrees and quitted the game.

What's the max safe temperature for the VRM? With the stock 0.85 V I can get up to 690/1800 MHz.

I would replace the pads on the gpu with 0.5mm ones if you want to overclock.

    Ok, thanks. I will get a Phobya Ultra 5W/mk 0,5mm * 120mm * 20mm.

Is there any GTX 570M vBios with 0,9 V ?

You can use svet's tool to edit it.

You likely want a larger sheet of material. 10cmx10cm would do.

The second one is worse because it's not tacky and will never sit properly due to the nature of the gpu heatsink for example (it has to move side ways before going down and can scuff the placement a of the pads a little).

Cool, make sure you replace all of them and get the positioning right, take a photo of the original placement if you are not sure.

I got the pad today and replaced all of the pads.
My VRM temperature beforce was around 113°C in BF4 with the OC and now it's about 108°C.
My GPU temperature dropped a little from 94°C to 86°C, because I had too much MX-4 installed.
Now I have to figure out a stable overclock. 780 MHz on the core aren't stable.
All tests were done without my Cooler Master Notepal U3. With the pad the temps will drop a little.
    I'll test it tomorrow.
