    ok heres what happens, destiny has anti cheat measures and doesnt let me do anything with rtss so i went to destiny files xml and put frame cap to 59 fps, also vsync off in nvidia panel and gsync on full screen and windowed mode. So im always in 59 fps but i think it doesnt look very good , ivenoticed when fps fall even to 58 or 57 it is laggy. Did i do something wrong or i should try to cap fps differently and not from destinys xml file?
