The windows, fn and enter keys occasionally(90% of the time) stops responding. I repeatedly smash the buttons in order to get them to work.

    I've done the following:
    1. Update BIOS and EC to the latest version released on 5/29
    2. Update SteelSeries Engine 3 to the latest version
    3. Uninstall and install SCM (for Fn key specifically)
    4. Downgraded SteelSeries to last known working version
I have tried EVERYTHING, and I can't seem to find the issue. I am a developer and not having the enter button makes me REALLY aggravated.

PS. Hopefully, I can find a solution without needing to send it back to msi :/

Why would you even try to downgrade, reinstall etc.

If you get them to work by smashing then, then it's obviously a hardware issue. You want to clean the keyboard, you might have some dirt or dust in it.

To be specific it's the Enter key, windows key and FN key that have the problem

Issue with the keyboard matrix or a cell is failing. Time to contact support for an RMA. Sorry bud.

I literally just had a similar issue with my GT73VR, except over half of the keys stopped working suddenly. The only keys that worked were Fn, Enter, the numbers, and random letters.

Laptop was gone for about two weeks, including the business days spent in shipping.

Yup, time to go with a RMA, they may replace it under warranty if your system is still under warranty and the keyboard doesn't have any physical damages.

then you're likely to have to RMA it.
