So I've heard some rumors about getting this new cards (980/970m) can be upgraded for this NB and even the GT70 provided that you update the bios to 51X. I did successfully updated my nb to 51X latest bios... But I cant seem to find some people who own this nb to post in any forums regarding this one. Is there any news with this upgrade ? If there is I'm planning to upgrade mine too....

What OS are you running on your nb?

    Thanks

Well I got a gtx 870m and when I install the latest drivers after rebooting it sticks on windows loading screen for a few min before getting blue screen that says to remove latest installed driver. What could be the cause of this, anyone any idea?

I appreciate the help elisons, but that thread is about drivers failing to install.
As stated in a previous post the issue I'm having is when installing the latest driver and rebooting it stays on windows loading screen for a few min. After that it shows a blue screen error message to remove last installed drivers or hardware.
Could it be that the problem is a faulty card?
