Ok this has been frustrating since getting this laptop. With stock hdd I didn't get this issue. Once I migrated to an SSD drive and then enabled bitlocker, almost every boot now I will get "preparing automatic repair" and stops, never leaves this screen
I have bitlocker looking on USB drive for key. If I remove the drive, it will either go straight to a bitlocker screen or "preparing automatic repair" then bitlocker screen shortly after
I have tried:
1) multiple usb drives
2) disabled usb and even dvd drive from the boot drive options (only windows boot manager enabled now)
3) disabled XHCI hand-off
When this occurs, I reboot to the bios, save and exit. Then sometimes will boot windows. other times goes back to bitlock, press ok to select drive, then have to select continue to boot to windows...
I have bios E1763IMS.50H
PLEASE HELP!!! this is driving me nuts!

I upgraded to BIOS 50S and no changer either...
after further searches and things to try, I disabled "FAST BOOT" in the BIOS..... after multiple cold boot tests, NO MORE ISSUE -
