So I'm having an issue that just started recently with my GT780DX-406US. On resume from hibernate, my keyboard backlight will stay white. I'll try to toggle it with the touch panel, and i just goes through Off > On > Gaming, but all white. I'll open KLM, and it shows that my previously selected colors are still selected. I try to change colors to see if that does it, and it won't change no matter what even if I switch to a different LED mode.

When I reboot, it will sometimes get it to come back (but not all the time). I've tried exiting KLM, and then re-opening it and still no dice. I've tried uninstalling KLM, and reinstalling it as well (with and without reboots in between).
Tried looking through the Services list to see if there was something that got disabled.

It seems like it happened after I ran updates that updated .NET Framework, but I haven't really found a possible way to reinstall .NET 3.5 / 4.0 / 4.5 in Win8.

I'm currently running Windows 8 x64, all latest updates.

    KLM version 1.0.1112.1901

Anybody have an idea of what it could be?

Thanks in advance for the help, appreciate it.

Edit: I was able to get it back up and running again after uninstalling the keyboard through device manager and rebooting. Although, I'm not sure if it was just because of the reboot that got it working, or actually removing / reinstalling the keyboard driver.

I've also tried deleting the hibernation file in case that was corrupted (by using command prompt and running powercfg.exe /hibernate off), rebooting, and then re-enabling it.

    Hi,
I'm having what I suspect to be the exact same problem as you had.
Could you let me know what the exact steps you took to fix the problem were?
I uninstalled the keyboard on my GT780DXR-406US too, but the LEDs still stay white.

    Any help would be appreciated!
