Excellent videos, thank you for them. So from what I understand you did not get very good service from XOTICPC, plus they did a terrible job on putting the CPU paste? Did you complain and get feedback from them?

They actually had really good customer service, but I shouldn't have needed to contact it that much...

The reason I didn't contact them about the thermal paste was they were going to say that I could send it back and they would replace it, but I didn't want to wait 2 more weeks...

They state it takes 6-10 days, but I felt like mine would only be a 6 day one.

I expected BF3 to be shipped with my computer, nope I had to contact support to get my code... I almost forgot, because I was too busy fixing the other problems with the computer. All seems good now though.

Thanks, mechrocktech. I am leaning heavily on getting one of those, I'll probably be buying it in mid-march. Hopefully prices will be a bit better and I'll be able to squeeze a 580 in. My other option is a Sager 8150.

    Hi, mehrock.

Great review. Do you mind sharing your power options on battery? Seems the most I can have mine last is about 2-3 hours. Thanks!
