    Hi. Does anyone have any experience dealing with MSI RMA process? Can you tell me the estimated time they took to ship your product back?

    Depends on the problem of your unit, the time to fix might be longer. Usual Turn Around Time of a normal RMA is about 2~3 days + shipping time.

    Mine took 1.5 months to fix a cracked chassis. Worst customer support I've ever seen or experienced by a long shot

    Lukaskt, I apologize you have a bad experience. We usually only carry chassis in current generation and older generation are collected in our main hub in Asia which takes times to locate them and ship it over.
