    • title says it all
    • I've RMAed it, yet the problem still persists (waited around 2 months for the RMA and problem's not solved)
    • eg: only got around 3000 ish score on RE6 bench, while other 860m notebooks could score 5000++
    • only around 60-110 ish (sometimes drops below 60) on CSGO while other 860m notebooks go 100+
    • only 30fps ish on ac blackflag, med settings, ocean. while other 860m notebooks could go 40 ish even on combat situations and high settings
    • 15-30ish fps on crysis 3
    • please. help. :(

What kind of temps are you getting on it? Is there any kind of thermal throttling going on, and have you maybe tried repasting new/better thermal compound? Have you updated drivers, checked the Nvidia control panel 3D settings to make sure it is running off of the Nvidia card and not the Intel somehow? I'd also check in advance power settings, to make sure it isn't on a power saving mode. Not sure if you have done all that, but let us know what you have tried.

This guy got 4103, so yours should score about the same at least.

Have you tried updating the BIOS, EC, and VGA drivers?
Have you ran other kind of benchmark utilities such as 3DMark?
