My father has MSI gt72 2qe dominator pro with 5 gen of CPU. He has intel management engine interface driver problem and I must update bios to fix that issue. Problem is when I try to update bios inside bios UEFI update tool, I choose file and message appear your pc will shut down and reset a several time during this process ... I go ok and nothing happens just reboot to windows normally. Do somebody know how to flash it?
    Thanks a lot!

This guy has the same problem as me

Oh before I forget, seems that you have the same notebook as I do, just load the img file on your USB stick, then load the file via BIOS UEFI update and select it from the USB drive.

Make sure the drive is NTFS and not fat32, otherwise it cannot read the file properly, do not attempt to load the BIOS file from the harddrive, after my experience that never works.

I have new problem. On that tool I do not have metod 2 to point bios file directly. What can I do? I tried many times to update just from bios but always just reboot to windows and nothing happaned. I choose file from usb and ntfc is the format. This tool is my only hope

I did everything the same like this guy on the video but after I choose bios file from laptop and press enter. My laptop should go in bios to continue flashing bios but no, just boot up windows. If I press delete after I choose bios file and reset laptop go in bios but there is no option to continue flashing, I just can repeat the same process of choosing the file from usb. The Video I have posted, that guy has the same strange problem as I do. Look how he is flashing.
