The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Yup, that's what I was referring to when I said it was tough to find a good supply that meets all specs. We know it's something people want, it's just a matter of finding the display that is actually worth offering and not a headache to get on hand.

    Hey Guys, for those of you who could be with us at CES, here is a recap of the MSI level up event we had at Moon Nightclub in the Palms! We had plenty of industry people out here taking a look at the GT80 and GS30 and testing them out.

    Well, if you find it let us all know. My first gen gs70 (765m) is a great machine for work travel at 5.5lbs... But an IPS/970m would make it unbearable
