    I know price are driven by supy anddemqnd but why on earth is a piece of plastic costing half the price of a regular slim DVD-drive.

    Frosty is just inflating the price, because the drives only went for $45-60 new tops, and the bezels $10-15.

    With the rush of all those barebones to market, the drives dried up like crazy.
