Hey everybody! My esata drive, will NOT work with my laptop in windows 7 x64! Its a wd mybook, connected through esata. I KNOW its not the laptop, OR the drive, as it functions fine when I boot into os-x, but it hangs/freezes/ and fails to transfer anything in windows! Please help me, I need to back things up ASAP!

Do you have the newest IRST drivers? Some of the older Matrix drivers did funky things to my eSATA.

I installed the latest Intel Rapid Storage Technology drivers, and still, it disconnects when I try to use it. I tried to format it, and as soon as i hit start, it disconnected the drive. What am I doing wrong? Checked in OS X again, and I can write to it just fine.
