I just noticed that I can get the 17" Powerpro R 12:17 (MSI GT780DX barebone) with the Backlit Steelseries Keyboard for $35 less than the 15" PowerPro R 11:36 (MSI GT683 barebone) with the exact same specs except no backlit keyboard on the 15". The only other difference is that on the 15" I can upgrade the matte screen to an LED Backlit 95% NTSC Color Gamut Matte LCD (AU OB156HW01 V4), whereas on the 12:17 I can only get Matte if I get the standard 72% gamut screen. I do not want glossy.

Are there any owners of either model (the barebone or the branded model) with either of these screens who can post clear pictures so I can compare the two? (Or if this has already been posted somewhere, could you direct me to it?)

I really want to see (or for someone to convince me) how significant the difference is. I will be using the laptop for a lot of graphics and video editing, and I know for that it's usually a good idea to go for the upgraded 95% gamut screen. But for the larger display and awesome backlit keyboard, not to mention the slightly more attractive/less glossy chassis and the slight price difference, I'm having a difficult time choosing.
