    So whose upgrading or upgraded to Windows 10 on their MSI laptop? Whose ready for that DX12?

    I am trying to update, but i have error 80240020 every time from the windows updater, anyone else having a similar issue?

    What this error means is, your Windows 10 installation folder is unfinished and/or corrupted. Now, how do you fix that?
    1. Go into "C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download" and delete everything in that folder.
    2. Now, run the command prompt as an administrator. Type in "wuauclt.exe /updatenow".
    3. Go to your Control Panel > Windows Update and your Windows 10 should start re-downloading from scratch, hopefully without flaws this time.

    I upgraded to Windows 10 on my desktop late last night and will be doing the upgrade on my GT60 after i get off work today! :cool:

    I'd like to,but I'm afraid. I have a GE70 20E, and just looked at the driver list, nothing since 8.1!

    I upgraded (clean install) two of my home-made desktops just fine, but I'm afraid of trying the MSI laptop or my nano-PC (Zotac) since the hardware is just soooo damn proprietary.

    Did my GT70 2PC last night, no problems at all, worked like a charm. Though... I'll be the first to say that I'm not too big of a fan of Synaptics Touchpad driver for Windows 10, no scrolling momentum or ability to right click by tapping 2 fingers down at the same time.

    We are currently rolling out all our drivers and utilities for Win 10 to our different SKU's. We are starting the phase with Broadwell configured laptops, then Hasswell, and so forth. We should be able to get everything up and synced within the next 2 weeks or so.

    I am waiting for correct version of sound blaster cinema 2 for gt80 (hasswell) - it doesn`t want to open on win 10.

    I'm not too sure about the gt80, but on the gt72 msi has slowly began to shift towards nahimic audio as of late, no sign of soundblaster anymore on the service page. Potentially, soundblaster cinema 2 will not be making a return for windows 10.

    My GS30 migrated over (with SB cinema 2 btw) with no issues. (8.1 pro to 10 pro).

    Hey guys, i have GS60 2PC with the 860m. im having errors upgrading to windows 10.
    the error code was
    0x80070002 - 0x20009
    The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during PREPARE_ROLLBACK operation.

    any idea on how to fix?
