    What's causing me to get 3 minute cold boots and fast 28 second reboots?

    Titan GT80 SLI

    I went through everything that could be related, to no avail. I disabled fast boot. Hybernate.
    During a cold boot, it's checking for something.

    In administrative command prompt:
    * sfc /scannow
    * chkdsk /scan
