For anyone who's interested, here are the Vista Windows ratings on my X320 and X340 - stock - no tweaks:

    Category....X320.....X340
    Processor.....3.0........3.4
    RAM............4.3........4.9
    GFX............5.9.(*)...3.4
    Gaming GFX..3.0........3.5
    HDD............5.4........5.7

    * Obviously an error, probably should be 3.0

In my experience, so far, the X340 is noticeably faster, snappier, but the X320 is perfectly satisfactory for web surfing, email, playing mp3's, etc. Stutters on full screen video, though, X340 plays full screen video much better.

There does not seem to be as much interest here in these units as opposed to the gaming rigs, but if I get time, I may come back and post a review of each. I like them and they are perfect for my purposes (basically wanted a "better netbook" with a better screen and performance, still small and portable).

Obviously, that should say "Experience" -- sorry 'bout that.
