Nice web site. Looks unfinished though. Is it only brick and mortor now?

Did he ever resolve procyon112's problem?

There really is no issues left to resolve, as I have purchased a whole new machine, and RMA'd the MSI peice of junk, and finally got them to fix it (Out of pocket.. they did not honor the warrantee).

So, I just called xmeld at the number on their new site. I informed them of the issues I had had, that I had been sold an MSI 1034 as new, and when it failed, we had discovered that the case had been cracked and glued back together with epoxy prior to being sold to me. He apologized and said it wouldn't happen again (like it could) and said any future problems with the box will be covered by his warrantee.

So, anyway, I informed them. The only other thing I could do would be sue them; a prospect made easier now that they can be contacted.

I'm out $900. I got an apology in return... that I had to solicit. In the meantime, I'm loving my ASUS and have much respect for a couple other companies for coming to my aid when XMeld screwed me.
