    I recently got this laptop and I love it except one thing the fan nosie even when im just surfing the web no gaming or vidoes always a constant fan nosie. not loud but i was wondering if using the program below to reduce it by 20% would harm the laptop in anyway? im just curious because id like it be as quiet as possible when i take this to class. thanks and does anyone know any other programs that are to make the cpu more quiet? when im gaming i dont mind the fan noise i just want it to more "silent" when im surfing the web/taking notes in class
