    If you installed your own copy of windows vista and you want to put msi logo inside systems control panel:

    [​IMG]

    Just unzip the attached file and you will get “msi” folder,
    Copy this folder inside your C: drive and run the registry file “msi.reg”,
    You can modify the logo “msi_BADGE.BMP” using “Paint” or “Photoshop”.
    Enjoy

    btw you can change the msi logo to advent
    use the attached file and replace "msi_BADGE.BMP"
    also you can edit the registry file and change "Manufacturer" name to what ever you like :D

    Edit: Replaced by a higher resolution one.

    does this have to be left in the c drive or can i delete it once i run it?? i have not looked at the script yet so im not sure. i dont want the msi folder left under the c drive im picky like that lol..

    You can modify “msi.REG” file using notepad and change the path and the name of “msi_BADGE.BMP”
    After you run the “msi.REG” you can delete it, but you must keep the .bmp file

    i will put it on my agenda - have been working a lot and going to school...
    but it is very easy to scale any of these in photoshop....

    @cataclysm- by 1080p do you mean the progressive scan image quality or simply 1920x1080 (or other res) ? i am not too familiar.. please inform (i just do this when i am bored lol)

    for some reason the second sets (1680x1050) .... flickr, imageshack, etc will not let me upload them at that res.... i will get to the bottom of this!... they are at 800x500 or something.... shame... i will work on it and edit...

    and for any other of my desktops, you can pm me first, get my email, and i will send you a correct res desktop. for some reason iit have tried like six image hosts and they will not host the image @ notebookreviews members' requests. but just pm me.......
