Well, the fans will be noisy on any laptop if you push it.
There is a MSI Silent Fan application which should keep the noise during browsing/windows/office apps etc.

Not sure about screens, MSI should have the info listed in product information.

Otherwise you could look for reviews of each laptop.

I checked everywhere but nothing better than a person who tried it
Im thinking of msi and asus
Most thing im worry is the screen , im worry that the screen must be sit infront middle the screen to see everything clear but if i move my head lil left or right colors start to not be clear and start to be washed out or like smoke

The prestige/apache would probably be the quietest for the most part as it's a little bigger so the fans don't have to rev up as much like on the ghost/stealth.

The prestige has a slightly better screen as well.

As long as the screen is IPS, you should get a fine, decent screen with wide viewing angles. As for noise, I think it will vary, because most tend to have a degree of noise specially under load.

GS series I think, or GE series, had the particular situation that the fan min speed was something like 3krpm which was slightly annoying to some users while irrelevant to others. It will depend on your taste and patience :)

Maybe look for youtube reviews of particular models you like, or similar model of the same series, with tests of sound. Gentech and other resellers often make video reviews where they show fan noise.
