    win 8.1 update and recovery not working after updates installed new gt72

    So I just bought a new gt72 and I go into windows update and recovery and click on look for updates everything works fine finds all the updates, downloads and installs them, when pc reboots back up I go to check for more updates and when I click on the update and recovery tab it just kicks me out of the screen! Anyone experience this before ? Are one of the updates bad? How do I fix this?

    Create the recovery discs using MSI BurnRecovery, or press F3 during boot to launch recovery mode.

    No it's a glitch with the OS I think. Go to Computer then system properties. Go to Windows Update on the bottom left and update through there.

    I just uninstalled all the updates in the uninstaller and reinstalled them and it seems to be working, thanks.
