I'm trying to access my router settings to get my notebook set up but typing the router address is not working![]()

It will ask me for my user name and password and once I have entered that information, it simply sits on a completely white page. Am I missing something? Please help

you could try connecting the laptop directly to the router with the network cable and try to get into the bios that way.
have you tried reseting the router, press reset button for 10 seconds, will reset the password to it`s default setting.
regards.

I would suggest this too.

Thanks guys... it was actually much simpler. A simple restart on both all the networked computers solved it. I think I must have logged into the the router ip on both which caused an error.
