@celia: Which model modem do you have? I may be able to help you find newer drivers. I have never had blue screens from a 3G modem.

@trihy: I have not tested GPS with only one antenna, but I imagine it will not work. I believe GPS uses the AUX connector only; cellular data travels over both antennae when both are available, as far as I know. If anyone know any more about the subject, please enlighten us.

what driver & connection software did you use on the f3507g?
i can't make it work due to i have no way in putting the APN of my network.

drivers are all installed and doesn't have any "!" or yellow triangle on device manager yet ericsson manager can't detect the modem.

    i'm on win7 64bit

So i managed to pick myself up a Mo0402 which is a hard to find worldwide GTM328W. I owned the GTM382E before which didn't cover the very much needed 3G1900mhz band in the US. This card the worldwide GTM382W was used in the EU Sony TT models.
US models used a Gobi 1000 card. I picked up a Gobi 1000 Sony card for the VGN-Z5 and swapped out the GTM382E in favour of the Gobi card because well it is a worldwide card.
The Gobi cards are advantageous in that they also cover the EVDO networks. Saying that though where ever i travel i will always use a sim card so the GTM382W could serve me well also.

The Option software is may be a little more streamlined. Also, i want to explore about power consumption.
