    Blocked site trouble/mystery?

    Since yesterday, some of my frequent visit site(foreign, Chinese sites) become non responsive. All other site works (including other foreign chinese site).
    Using another computer it work with same network.
    Using same computer with school internet works.
    Different browser -> doesn't work
    incognito -> doesn't work
    Safe mode -> not working.
    Restart router/modem -> not working.
    change wifi card -> not work
    Proxy on same computers -> works


    What exactly is going on?..... Any one have similar experience?

    December 3rd, Chinese Nationalists from Taiwan launched a full scale assault upon communist China, knocking out several internet connections across the country. So far the provinces of Fujian, Zhejian, Guangdon and parts of Jiangxi have fallen to the Nationalists

    baidu.com and its sub domains
    also netshow ali213,
    only with that computer with that ISP

    Gonna try direct plug the modem see if it helps

    Edit: actually only tieba.baidu not working now orz

    Using a different hard disk +windows and I can access the site so it is either
    1. I am blocking myself somewhere
    or
    2. the site blocking specific combo of window/IP/ISP

    So I say it is 1., but I did not remember doing anything stupid, my hosts is clean, any one can give me something to google around ~~?

    Check router config for blocked sites

    Use hotspotshield (with adblock plus required) to unblock sites if it's not blocked trough the router
