My rj11 jack is broken. I have tried everything to fix it and it just doesnt seem to work. I have a modem that I would like to plug in to use my laptop but I also have a wireless router along with several other rj11 connectors throughout the house that all work. I really dont want to use wireless as it is bad for gaming. What options do I have? I was wondering if there is such thing as a wireless RJ11 connector of some sort? And would that also be bad for gaming?

Your phone line is better for gaming than a wireless connection? A phone modem pretty much maxes out at 56k... even if you have landline internet routed to your computer via an 802.11x protocol the bottleneck is definitely the old fashion phone line... Quite frankly I'm surprised that there are still games which can be played over a 56k connection. As for a wireless RJ11 connector there is ( link) but it's not really made for data transmission, would likely kill your internet speeds, and make most games outside of Doom 2 unplayable.
Also, if it's a walljack that's broken go to your local hardware store and get a new one after you confirm that it isn't a break in the line between the jack and the outside world... it'll cost you like $5 to do yourself -
I think he mean rj45.

Are you sure? He was talking about plugging it into the modem port on his laptop. OP, clarify: do you mean a PHONE jack or a NETWORK jack (i.e. can you use a cable that fits into that wall jack to connect to a standard home phone?)
In any case I still think he should spend the $5 to fix the wall jack -
ok. I plug the rj11 from the wall to the dsl on my modem then a rj45 from the modem to the router then another rj45 from the router to the laptop. What I am wondering is if there is a form of wireless rj11 cable. I am terrible at explaining stuff I am sorry. And where did you hear about this 5$ to fix the wall jack(assuming you are speaking of the phone jack). My ISP(Bell) said it cost 100$ for them to send someone to LOOK at it which doesnt guarantee a fix. BTW I am in canada so if there is a company that will come for 5$ then that would be awesome.
EDIT: nvm the 5$ thing I didnt entirely read your first post. -
Wireless rj11 won't work with DSL.

Besides the link I provided above there isn't a wireless RJ11 that I know of. Even if there was, you would likely still be better off using the wireless network. Anyway, did this jack ever work? You might try replacing the jack yourself ($5 plus a couple minutes worth of labor) since it is the cheapest and easiest fix.
If that doesn't work your home should have something that looks like THIS (probably not exactly, but it will be similar). This is usually located in a closet, garage, or an outside wall where the phone line enters the house... see if you can reroute a known good line to the jack in question and test with a regular phone (will take some trial and error and if you have 2 people with cell phones it will be easier) to ensure that it isn't a case of faulty internal home wiring ($$$$ to fix... probably not worth it if you just want to play some games) or maybe the jack was never connected at all as some home builders do not connect all jacks to the outside world even though they are wired in place... don't ask me why. If the latter is the case the fix is a pretty simple one (take a line from a room that no one connects to and reroute to where you want would be the simplest solution).
If it was me this is where I would start. -
Thank you my friend I will try out this solution.
