Hey my 2.4GHZ phones knock out the 2.4GHZ Linksys router conection every time they are used. Is there any way to prevent this problem from happening??

you try changing the channel the wireless router operates on?
-
ill try that forgot about that thanks. Wonder what channel i should try first

I had the same problem. I couldn't change the channel on my router because I need to be on a specific channel to use 108Mbps. So I tried changing channels on the phone but that didn't help. So I threw out the 2.4Ghz phone and replaced it with a 5.8Ghz phone. I haven't had a drop connection since the replacement.

Zas's solution is the only sure-fire way to avoid it.
As for the best channels to try on your router; 6 and 9 tend to give the best signals in my experience, followed by 4 and 11. -
The three best channels on Wifi to try are typically 1, 6, and 11, because chances are with these 3 that you'll be relatively far away from something (some suggest 1, 4, 7, and 11 too). But Zas' suggestion is probably the best one.

Use channel 11

Probably the best solution to the dreaded cordless phone problem I've read
Cordless Phones knock out conection
