Guys just installed new router netgear 6300 all connected but poor win 8 still shows that am on ancient n mode and not ac mode ?
anybody knows why ?

Right, now I get it.
Still it's not an issue - your speed is OK (802.1ac), Windows seem to be unaware of this - possibly because 802.11ac hadn't been officially approved until Jan 2014.
It's not much of a surprise honestly - if you look into advanced driver settings of your 7260 (in device manager), you'll see that it doesn't give you choice of anything other than 802.11 a, b, g or mixes of those - not even 802.11n let alone 802.11ac in a card that's capable of both. -

this router can do 1300Mbps do u know any better wifi module for laptop which supports 1300Mbps ? -

cbautis2 is spot on. No three stream AC modules so far. I also hoped to get one but in the end I needed more throughput so I went for 7260.
