Hi,
I have a new dell inspiron 1525 and have the following issue: when I install the 1395 dell driver for wireless, the system log out slows down from 5 seconds to 10 minutes!
At this point if i deinstall it, that does not help either.
So today i have either a slow log out or no wireless.
Can you help?
thanks
Gabor

Try updating you Wifi Drivers to the latest one mate
and you could find it Dell Support site for you lappy

You shouldn't have to install any drivers on a new laptop. Did you install a different operating system (or reinstall the OS that came preinstalled)?
-
No, this is the factory default on my laptop. I purchased it in this state, namely with the latest dell driver and extremely slow logging out. I already downloaded the latest driver but that does not help.

Contact Dell.

Hi i have no error message, just the logging off screen takes 10 minutes to stop logging off. Simple... but no solution in the world known

blue68f100 Notebook Virtuoso
What kind of security are you running? WEP. WPA(2), NONE
And I presume Vista. -
Have you called Dell yet?
-
Not called yet (no phone in my country), but a service guy from dell saw it, had no clue... I could not find even a Dell support official place to write to them this issue, no email even on the official dell site. Do you have an address?

Install R741291.exe. note that dell folder will be automatically saved in drive c:.now, remove the wireless application from add/remove panel and reboot your pc. after reboot, you will see "found new hardware" prompt, browse the folder in C
ell/Driver and click driver. This worked for me, hope it does with you. Goodluck..
