Hi. I have tried searching the problem on the forum, but could not find an appropriate solution anywhere. Hence a new thread.
I own a Dell XPS M1530, windows vista.
The bluetooth does not seem to work. When i tried to go into the "options"
menu of the "bluetooth devices" to manually check the discoverability of my bluetooth, i got the following error message :
An error occurred while Windows was saving your settings. The Bluetooth device might be unplugged. THe following settings were not saved:
Discoverability settings
Connection Settings
Then i tried to switch off and on the small button on right side, near the remote. Generally on doing this, i would get the bluetooth icon on the lower right tray, but this time i got the following error message :
"USB Device not recognized. One of the usb devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned, and windows does not recognize it. For assistance in solving the problem, click this message".
After clicking, i get the following error screen :
![]()
Does anyone have any idea what the problem is? How to resolve it?
Thanks in advance.
