Hi!
First post here.
I have a dial up connection configured. In repeated occasions when connected via wi-fi, accessing a new web page either on a new tab or new window, the dial-up dialog window pop ups pausing the downloads or whatever I'm doing as if the wi-fi connection dropped. The weird thing is that the wireless connection never get disconnected, as soon as I click cancel in the dial-up dialog the session resume perfectly. No errors are displayed in the wireless adapter console.
This has happened in different hotspots locations.
Any ideas?
My equipo:
HP DV6575us
Intel (R) Wireless Wi-Fi Link 4965AGN
TIA!
P.D. Out of topic:Is there any way to know if the laptop have bluetooth installed?

thats odd... maybe you should tell it to connect manually rather than automatically

Darth Crimsonman! Thanks for replying. I remove the "use as default connection" check mark from the dial-up settings but apart from that I don't know what are you talking about connecting manually. Sorry for so many questions and again thanks!

under internet options [tools] look for a tab that says connections, check Never dial a connection. GL
