I use skype to do this to spy on my dog when I'm at work. You're gonna need 2 skype accts (they're free), the skype app on phone (i have a droid x and it works perfectly), and of course skype on the computer.
Install skype on the laptop and go to tools->options->calls->show advanced options-> then check "answer incoming calls automatically" and "start video automatically when in call." Add the account names you'll be calling with into the contact list.
Install skype app on phone, login with other account and call the laptop, it should pickup automatically and with video! -
This appears to do what you want, I have never tired it , but it is free for 7 day trial. Download RDM+ Remote Desktop for Mobiles (Smartphone) 3.7.7 for Windows Mobile Smartphone Free Trial - Allows you to access remotely your desktop or laptop computer even through NAT and firewall from Windows Mobile Smartphone. - Softpedia

yahh.... same here....spy on the dogs... lol -
Haha - that IS really useful though!
We just got a new puppy, so we're kinda stuck at home to make sure she's getting everything she needs. Skype could really come in handy!
I would not mind using it in the very near future!
