So I've been scouring the internet for the past few days now and have found no information so I thought I would see if any of you guys could come up with the solution...

I have a HP 2133sa Laptop, running an AMD A10 5750M APU + 8Gb Ram + Windows10. It is currently fitted with an internal Atheros AR9485 802.11b/g/n Wifi Adapter (2.4Ghz) and I'm looking at trying to source a suitable internal replacement card that supports 802.11ac (Dual Band).

Many thanks in advance for any advise given :)

Your choice is very limited - pretty much one Broadcom card, Intel 7260/7265 and a Killer 1525. Few other cards are in the pipeline like Intel 8260 and Killer 1535 but these are not easily available (or not available at all).

Your choice might be even more limited if your laptop has mini-PCI Express slot rather than M.2 and id white-listing is involved - in the former case you could only buy Intel 7260 and in the latter only whatever card HP sells (probably 7260 as well, unless white-listing is removed).

As you can see it's not actually a wide choice.
