Basically I was adjusting some settings on the wireless network card via device manager but every time when I change something the wireless automatically turns OFF then Switches back ON.
I'm a bit worried because I have changed some settings 3 times meaning it switched OFF then turned ON (3) times whenever I change a settings. My question is Can this damage the laptop/wireless network card

No it can't damage anything. Once you switch settings the card has to disconnect or be switched off to apply them.
It's a bit like rebooting computer on a smaller scale and it's normal. -
This happened because of the changes that were made within Device Manager, this is normal. Just think of it as restarting the device to apply changes, just like you would when Windows needs to restart after performing updates.
Why did my wirless automatically switched OFF then turning back ON after adjusting settings via device manager?
