I have a Brother DCP 7020 Laser printer. It has USB. I am getting a new notebook soon. When I purchase my new notebook, I will be purchasing a wireless-N router. I will then have two notebooks on one network. My old notebook will be connected via Ethernet (it does not have wireless) and my new notebook will be connected via the built-in Intel PRO/Wireless 4965AGN Network Connection. Can I connect my printer via USB to my old notebook and access that printer wirelessly from my new notebook? I can access my old notebook from my new notebook because they are on the same network, of course, but can I access the printer that's connected to my old notebook?
I made a little diagram to help explain my situation:

You can't with Windows Vista Basic, but with most other operating systems you should be able to. Just make sure both computers are part of the same workgroup, and on the new computer, when you go to add a printer, click "Install Network Printer" instead of installing a local one.

And the printer will be recognized as on the network? I can't wait to get my new notebook to see if this will work!
