I'm planning on getting this laptop: ASUS 15.6-Inch Laptop (X551MAV-RCLN06) | Staples®
The problem, is that it only has 802.11n, and I want b/g/n...if I get a wireless adapter, will it take over the laptop's built in wireless card? I will be using this adapter: 150Mbps High Gain Wireless USB Adapter TL-WN722N - Welcome to TP-LINK
I will also be using Kali Linux(Who uses windows 8+ anyway?).
Thanks for the help.

No worries. All 802.11n cards are backwards compatible so no need to buy an external one. B/G/N it will be.

Good to hear, thanks for the info!
