I am constantly having to reset Intel Advanced-N 6235 wireless adapter to connect to ASUS RT-N66U dual band router.
Is it a bad card or what? Seems that other computers on the network are not experiencing this problem.

In what machine is the card installed? Is the card aftermarket or provided by an OEM? Did you install the up-to-date drivers from the OEM? In my case I have a realtek chip that automatically installs windows drivers, and you'd think that would be ok, but in my quest to optimize my wifi performance, I noticed that all other drivers except the OEM-provided one either had poor speed, poor connection quality or outright wouldn't connect at all.
Make sure you're using the right driver. -
Aftermarket in MSi GT70 laptop. I've already installed the PROSet Bluetooth & WiFi Dashboard x64.
Upon looking for updates, Intel just released a new version a few days ago. I'll uninstall this software and try that one.
Do I need just the drivers or the PROSet/Wireless software? -
Just the drivers.

Thanks - I'll give that a go!
Do you think the PROSet software was causing the disconnections? -
I doubt it. PROSet software is not bad- it's just unneeded.
There is an off chance that it was causing trouble but I would be surprised if that was the case.
