I recently bought this wireless mouse from Corsair and it seems to interfere with the wifi connection, the wifi connection in laptops automatically disconnect whenever I turn on the 2.4 Ghz mouse. So I was wondering if this is normal? If not, is there a solution?
- It disconnect the wifi connections on all laptops that is near the wireless mouse.
- Wifi icon on Windows has a yellow exclamation mark
- Wifi will turn back on if the wireless mouse is switched off or in bluetooth or wired mode

Most modern routers are dual band so if you have a dual band router switch your laptops to the 5ghz band to avoid the interference.
Before moving the laptops to the 5ghz band you might try changing the 2.4ghz channel.Try all the available channels, maybe 1-11, and make sure you enable the channel after selecting it.
Changing the other devices to the 5ghz band and best 5ghz channel may be the simplest solution.
I have all the family cell phones ,tablets, notebooks and desktop on the 5ghz band of my Netgear R7800 dual band router.Beemo and Spartan@HIDevolution like this. -
My router only supports 2.4Ghz. Time to buy a new router!Falkentyne likes this.

A short term solution to avoid the WiFi-mouse conflict might just be to change the channel of your 2.4ghz band in the router setup since I don't know which channel your mouse uses to pair with the USB dongle.
WiFi is often more than just the router.
My WiFi is three pieces of hardware>Cable Modem(Arris SB8200),Router(Netgear R7800) and Killer 1550 wireless card.
I have 200 Mbps wireless Internet service.
I use a Microsoft wireless Mobile Mouse 5000 with an MSI notebook and a bluetooth Surface mouse with a Surface Pro tablet.
