That is unusual, I would switch to a different mouse. Are you sure it's interference or is it a priority of the mouse that's just slowing the computer down.
-
Yup, switch mice.
-
That's weird.
The only interference I get with my wireless mouse is when I'm on the phone - my mouse simply stops working. I think they both somehow use the same 2.4ghz channel?
My router uses 5ghz channels, so there is no interference there. -
Whenever I'm doing wireless transfers near my router that go past 5MB/s, my mouse starts skipping all over the place, but it usually doesn't work the other way.
Eitherway, time for bluetooth? -
It may not be the fact that it's wireless, it could be that the mouse is using too many cpu cycles.
If your system is struggling, anything, including mouse movement can cause everything to slow. I would also think you would be seeing mouse issues. -
i dont find any similar problem in internet....im so disappointed..when i use the mouse all my laptop works well but the speed of internet is slow...i'll conect the mouse in other PC for check it.

Well if your mouse is Bluetooth one it's technically possible that it interferes with WiFi. Bluetooth works in 2.4 to 2.4835 GHz range while 802.11g in 2.412 to 2.472 GHz (with 13 channels).
It's impossible to change channels to avoid problems as the range is the same and Bluetooth constantly/automatically changes channels (79 of them).
There is an option available via advanced settings of Broadcom WiFi drivers (in device manager) Its called "Bluetooth Collaboration". It's supposed to be enabled by default but it's worth checking if your wireless card has an option like this and verify that it is enabled. -
OK i'll check it later in my house. My mouse works with a usb receiver, the frecuency is 2.4 GHz

this is my laptop:

My wireless card hasn't the option "Bluetooth Collaboration" or similar. the problem keeps on and Im thinking it hasn't solution

I don't think it's laptop related. Is the mouse Bluetooth certified or just "some" sort of wireless? It is possible that it's not complainant with any reasonable standard and that's why it affects your laptop this way.
The only remaining possibility may be purchasing of a new mouse but definitely with Bluetooth logo and fully complainant. -
OK. I change the channel of the wifi in the router and the problem has disappeared.
Thanks everybody.
