This is what i get from making the speedtest, it says i can download up to 5mb/sec, but my all-time stable download speed was 600-700 kb/sec, on both my notebook and desktop PC.
Is there anyway i can surpass this download limit? i guess its limited by my internet provider, but anyway to trick it?

If what you mean is you're seeing transfers at 600-700 KB (kiloBYTES) per second, then that would match you're measured download speed
5.23 Mb/s (megaBITS) ~ 650 KB/s (kilOBYTES)
It's all determined by your ISP and what kind of service you're paying for. -

Line speed / 8bits = Download speed in kilobytes
So therefore (5.23mbps = 5230kbps) / 8 = 653KBps
Thus this:

Your speed is correct. What you see in the speedtest result is your bandwidth; however, your actual throughput is measured in Kb's, as the other posters stated.
