Questions on my tomato firmware version 1.28. I just set up my Belkin Play N600 Router and it's having issues.
1. There's a vlan wireless device showing up in my "devices" lists. I think it's the wl1.0 interface that shows up in the advance virtual wireless interface tab. What is that? I tried to get rid of it but it just pops back up.
2. My wireless speed seems to drop substantially sometimes. Why is this? I can see it dropping in the overview tab under the rates for each wireless frequency. I can also really feel it when playing on the internet.
Thanks.

those are virtual interfaces for guest networks or just other networks. It's not something that's active till enabled, it can't be deleted because it's by design.

Thanks. I got the router working fine too. Even though the router supposedly supports tomato. It really doesn't. I got it working by reverting back to the original firmware the router came with.
Sucks cause that firmware doesn't have DDNS except with dynDNS which costs money.
