Just make sure you get 533AN_MMWW2 for a part number, unless you have a Dell, HP, or Lenovo. Hp is bios locked to HP systems, the other two are rumored to be as well (Lenovo almost certainly), and will only work in those systems, and no other will work in those systems (In other words if you have an HP, you MUST use the HP version, you cannot use an HP version in a Sony).

I got mine off a seller on Ebay (imicros), not sure if he ships to you, or what the fees would be, but mine came in an Intel factory box dated August 2009, so not an engineering sample. The part number should ensure you get a retail version.

The 533AN_MMWW2 is unlocked for use in others.

Beware, if you look for my thread, it doesn't like all antennae. I get static and popping through the speakers, even if they are turned off. It's pretty quiet, but I don't like it and probably going back to my old card as a result. I tried every combination of connections for the leads. I have been told only using 2 leads will fix it, which it does, but also chops 20% of my signal. I may try ordering some compatible antenna to add and see if that helps, supposedly there are dual band antennae that are needed. I thought the 4965 AGN had them, but apparently not.

Oh, and be careful, once I install it on Win7 64bit, I could not go back to my old card, I get a blue screen as soon as it's activated. I even uninstalled the 5300 driver first with no luck. So it may take a re-install to go back.
