I am a very happy owner of an new dv8000z (hp turion 40)
Today I changed my Internet explorer to firefox and later I was not happy with my change so I deleted Firefox again.
After deleting this file I could only use MSN message and no internet explorer. I could not find where I could change IE as primary server.

I tried different things and used the application and driver recovery dvd. ( I canceled during downloading but did not stop only after a message that it was finished)
I did an disk cleanup and an defragment.
On this moment I do not have any wireless connection (no light ) to my linksys wpc54G at all and the computer is sometimes slow.My cable connected computer does not have any problems Do you know why.. Is it because of the cd i used?

Thanks for your answer and your knowledge

You might want to go under tools internet options and then go to the connections tab and check out if any of the connections are wrong. You might want to uncheck...automatically detect settings or checking it...depending on which it is on.

This is what happened when I first started using FF.

    Hope this helps.
