    Looks like a very cheap large netbook. (but heavy, 6 lbs)
    You could add an external dvd drive if you really need one.
    If I am seeing this right, it is not a refurb. 1 year warranty.

    For someone on a very tight budget this would be OK.
    That processor will surf the web and do you tube OK but wont multitask well. It will do photoshop, as long as you do it one picture at a time, not batch editing.

    Notebookcheck ranked it a little better than all the atoms but did not list a score.

    I have this processor in a Toshiba with vista basic and the old gma 950. That notebook will do netflix, and general things fine. No problem at all. Just not several things at once.

    This lattitude has a reasonably good integrated graphics card too. Not the old intel one.

    Maybe someone else can find the actual scores for the atom versus the celeron 520.

    They rank the celeron M 520 as better than the 200 series atoms but not as good as the 300 series.
