10% cash back from ebay...

It is back up to 30%

 

Just tried 3 different times, and it is still 20%.

 

30% on ebay, 20% on others it seems. Wish I had the fundage to use it lol.

close your browser and delete your history the re-open it make sure you are signed out of ebay its back to 30% on everything now

You have to follow extra directions as well apparently. I just had to file a grievance with them. After you sign in you have to activate your cashback account too. Then you have to sign in to Live and go looking. I did not originally and after not getting my email notice I looked around and found the FAQ. Ah, my good friend the FAQ.. how I hate him sometimes. So I followed the directions and sent an email to cashback about what happened. They apparently get this alot lol. I will update what happens next. Also check the link in here for the HP 20% plus up to 50% off sale.

Hey glad I came back to this thread! I stopped buying after 3 purchases last week cause I was low on funds.Now I just picked up 3 Wiis!!!FTW It really came out to about the normal regular price after cashback for a Wii,but I'm banking on short supply and the demand .Kinda wanted a PS3 for myself but the prices aren't that great.

 

You need to add that you have to create a Cashback account first and/or verify your email address with them. This is what is stopping me right now. I had to email them with my reciept and such. On other sites others are having trouble too. Once you do that and sign in to Live, where ever you go with the Cashback logo it tracks you. Like when you type in HP laptop and go to HP for the up to 50% + 30% sale. Live and learn I guess.

 

I don't see ebay anywhere...

EDIT: NM, I figured it out.

 

Live- Cashback wrote me back and said NO Go. They said I should have setup my CB account before I used it. No refund. Again it's just ten bucks so no tears lol.

 

If the cashback shows up as pending, then I'm guaranteed to get it right? Because I would be very pissed if they told me no go as well, as I am tryin to get back $130.

Actually the email I got from Ebay doesn't say you have to set up your Microsoft Live account first. My cashback isn't showing as pending yet, but it's 104 bucks I'll fight them if I have to. How long does it typically take to show up?

I emailed cashback support because my cashback wasn't showing up in my account almost 3 full days after my purchases. I had only received the messages in my ebay saying that I had cashback. It turned out all I had to do was click the link in the messages saying I have cashback in my ebay to confirm my account and my cashback showed up. Then I got this email response:

Thank you for contacting Live Search cashback Customer Support regarding this issue. We apologize for any inconvenience it may be causing.

I just want to confirm that you've already followed all the steps in associating your eBay purchases with your Live ID -- After your first qualifying purchase, you will receive a message in your eBay account "My Messages" inbox, with the subject line "You've earned cashback." This message contains a link which allows you associate your eBay account with a new or existing cashback account. Please make sure you click that link and follow all of the processes. Once your eBay account has been linked to your Live Search cashback account, any qualifying eBay purchases will be credited to your cashback account within two days.

Have you already followed this specific link to associate your eBay and Live Search accounts?

 

Alright my cashback is now pending. This seems to good to be true.

 

I'm looking for a new 13 inch laptop with LED display, Montevina CPU and DDR3 memory. Any suggestions on particular vendors or models that are available on ebay that would qualify for this cashback???

Did they increase the number of times you can use the cashback per eBay account? I have 7 transactions so far, and it's still working on other buy it now's.

 

I think you can use it 12 times on one ebay account.

The item has to be bought using Buy it Now. You should see something like



When you go to checkout.

 

Yes, in checkout it will let you know how much your cashback will be before you confirm to buy the item. If the item doesn't qualify for cashback it will say it on this screen as well.

 

Lenovo U330 might be a good choice if you can find one.

Sorry for the double post. I haven't seen anything on my live cash back. I have bought three pricey times (the most a 300 dollar) It said i was receiving cash when i got the message from ebay. I haven't gotten anything on the pending or anything. Is this to worry or i should still be patient waiting?

 

if you just bought these things, you don't get the notice immediately. it takes a day or two. also note that the message will go in your ebay inbox not necessarily your email inbox.

 

Ahh i see. Ya i got them on ebay the messages that i got cash back than clicked to redeem them and well i dont see nothing in the cashback when i get on it on live.com. Well if i got wait 1 to 2 days ill wait more just new to this xD.

Not that I noticed the last time I used ebay live.com cashback.

 

It's without shipping. So usually I purchase comparably priced stuff that has the least amount to no shipping charges.

I was able to have the ads on Live.com but when I click and got transferred to eBay, the Live logo won't appear there at all. My keyword was "Cheap iPhone"

I'm guessing the answer is buried somewhere in the fine print, but does anyone know offhand if this will work with manufacturers' rebates? Not sure how they could determine you were double-dipping, but on the other hand this is the all-seeing eye of Microsoft...

 

awww man yeah its 25% now im so mad i missed the 30%! but i still got an ipod touch! and i also had a 10% off ebay coupon which worked with the cashback, and even better they gave me cashback for the full price, then took off 10%!

You shouldn't freak out as the cashback fluctuates; it's been as low as 8% and as high as 35%. If you have time to wait you can see if it goes back up but there are no guarantee that it ever will.
