I don't know, I just tried one more time just now and after 4 refreshes the link came back up. I think it's still goin, but they are makin it difficult to find so most people will think it's over. I typed in wii in the search bar at live.com.

something weird. I get the ebay 25% link on live.com

then when I click on it and get on ebay I don't get the cashback logo. I tried with IE and firefox, no luck. I also logged in ebay and cashback. nothing.

does anybody else have this problem?

 

I looked when I saw your post, I'm not getting anything once I link over to ebay either. I have successfully purchased one item and gotten cashback. When I linked over and went to purchase, the last button you hit is confirm purchase or whatever and on that page, it notified me that it was eligible for cashback and how much I'd earn. I tried multiple auctions just a bit ago and none of them were bringing up that notification.

eBay Live Help says:

"Our Engineers are fixing this problem already and eBay is coordinating with MSN already on this problem. You may just try again later and hopefully it is fixed by then."

 

ebay engineers....what a joke they are. I never believe what the live help tells me. It took them 6 months to fix the issue some buyer had when opening a seller account.

Ok, I got a question...I don't know if its been answered several times already, but here it goes...

Since most of you are veterans of this cashback and ebay stuff...what do you do for manufactures warranties, in regards to the need for receipts and proof of purchases from authorized dealers? I don't know if intel will be happy if i give them an ebay invoice for an i7 i bought off ebay or something.

most of the time stuff bought on ebay has no warranty even though a lot of seller say it does.

This is extremely weird, I just made two purchases and the cashback was immediately deposited into my Paypal account ;O!

 

Does it matter what address you choose to ship it to or whether or not your Paypal address is confirmed?

And when does the cashback show up in your live.com account? Is it AFTER you pay for the item?

Also ebay is offering their own special 10% off coupon that starts with choholiday or something. I hope that's not going to affect the cashback...

EDIT: Awesome it shows that it's PENDING. Does that mean that it worked? Now I just have to wait 60 days for the amount to be credited back to my account (in this case a credit card)?

IF this works I'll be getting that 360 Pro Holiday Bundle (60G) that has 2 games included in it for just $215.00! That's AMAZING! And I might even sell the 2 games which would make the price even lower!

This is actually a really good deal/program. Especially for small/medium purchases.

Yes, when it shows pending, it means that the cashback has worked.

Whether your paypal address is confirmed or not does not matter for cashback, but it could matter for the seller since some sellers ship only to confirmed addresses.

The only thing I can think of is if someone in the US is nice enough to purchase the item for you/ship and pass the savings on to you.

I actually wouldn't mind depending on what the item is.
